VAT applies to all orders within Europe and is included in the price visible on the website. No customs & duties will be charged.

UK, USA, NORWAY, AND SWITZERLAND

For all orders to the UK, the USA, Norway, and Switzerland, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price and order value, ensuring no additional costs for the customer upon package arrival.

*Please note that all orders to the USA placed between April 25, 2025 and May 20, 2025 were shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid as previously stated on the website, and the customer is liable to pay Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments. To offset these costs, tax was deducted from the total order value at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD

When ordering from a non-EU country, taxes are deducted from the total order value. Additional charges for VAT and import duties instead apply upon delivery.

By purchasing from us from a non-EU country, you act as the importer and are responsible for any applicable customs duties, excise taxes, and VAT (Delivery Duty Unpaid, DDU). Product prices do not include these fees. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes required by your country. Payment of these fees is necessary for your order to be released from customs. We are unable to provide exact amounts and recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance.
